The Maize Fall Festival would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors and community. Sponsorships are available to all businesses and organizations and include options for every budget! See Sponsorship Packet.  

Why are Community Events and Festivals important? Besides being fun, well managed events, festivals offer a host of economic and social benefits to the community. 

The Economic Benefits Include: 

• Attracting visitors, which stimulates the growth of tourism and other businesses in a town or region. 

• Sales tax revenue 

• Bringing the community together and instilling a sense of community pride. 

• Opportunities to strengthen relationships between community organizations and businesses.

Please note the following: 

• Registration can be done online at https://www.ectownusa.net/members/evr/reg_event.php?orgcode=MAIZ&evid=4530855

• All Sponsors are asked to submit print ready vector logo files in CMYK color mode in the following formats: .ai, .eps, or .svg. NO LATER THAN Sept. 15, 2023 unless logo is required for pre-event materials, in that case logos are due within 3 days of sponsorship confirmation.

• Submit logo files to Angie Duntz, event coordinator by email aduntz@maizeks.gov.

• In‐Kind Sponsorships vary and you must contact the Goddard Chamber of Commerce to discuss the exact sponsorship expectations. You will also be asked to sign an agreement with the Fall Festival Committee once details of services provided and/or donations are confirmed.

• All Sponsors are asked to submit print ready logo in .ai, .eps, or .svg vector files in CMYK color mode. Logos must be submitted to the Maize Fall Festival Committee at: aduntz@maizeks.gov as soon as possible for printed materials but no later than September 1, 2023.

• In-Kind Sponsorships vary and you must contact the Maize Fall Festival Committee (Angie Duntz) to discuss exact sponsorship expectations. You will also be asked to sign an agreement with the Fall Festival Committee once details of services provided and/or donations are confirmed.
